Program Manager

Virtual Programs, Recorded Masterclasses & Digital Platform Operations

Experience Required: 3–6 years in program management, virtual events, webinars, online learning, digital content, or B2B program execution.

Job Description

We are looking for a Program Manager to manage virtual programs, recorded masterclasses, webinars, digital learning inventories, platform listings, execution timelines, speaker coordination, and sponsor/client deliverables.

The role requires strong coordination, follow-up discipline, content workflow management, and ownership of program delivery from planning to closure.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of virtual programs, recorded masterclasses, webinars, paid workshops, and digital learning inventories.

Coordinate with speakers, trainers, editorial teams, production teams, sales teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Maintain program calendars for upcoming virtual sessions, recorded content launches, masterclasses, webinars, and digital inventories.

Ensure timely collection of speaker profiles, session topics, presentations, recordings, creatives, landing page content, promotional material, and other required assets.

Track readiness across content, product, marketing, sales, operations, and production teams.

Coordinate with product teams for listing new masterclasses, recorded programs, virtual sessions, and digital inventories on the platform.

Work with marketing teams for campaign timelines, communication plans, promotional assets, and audience outreach.

Support sales teams with program details, inventory information, lead requirements, client commitments, and post-program reports.

Track sponsor commitments, branded visibility, digital deliverables, campaign commitments, and closure reports.

Prepare execution trackers, status updates, program checklists, weekly reports, and closure summaries.

Support monetization of recorded content, virtual sessions, branded learning modules, and sponsored knowledge inventories.

Required Skills

Strong program management and coordination skills.

Experience in webinars, virtual events, masterclasses, online learning, digital content, B2B programs, or media-led initiatives.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, assets, and deliverables.

Good understanding of content workflows, speaker coordination, event operations, digital publishing, and platform listing processes.

Experience with Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, project trackers, CRM tools, and task management tools.

Strong follow-up discipline with the ability to drive closure across teams.

Understanding of sponsor deliverables, branded content, audience engagement, and campaign execution.

Good communication skills for internal coordination and external speaker/client follow-ups.

Ability to create structured reports, checklists, execution calendars, and status updates.

Detail-oriented approach with ownership of delivery quality.

Preferred

Experience with virtual event platforms, LMS, edtech platforms, webinar tools, or digital content products.

Comfortable working with product, marketing, sales, content, editorial, production, and operations teams.

Ability to identify execution gaps and improve workflows for smoother program delivery.
