Job Summary

·       We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale education and workforce skilling programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and project execution skills while ensuring successful program delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

·       Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, universities, government agencies, and corporate partners.

·       Build and maintain long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

·       Conduct governance meetings, business reviews, and provide regular program updates.

·       Manage client expectations and resolve escalations effectively.

·       Lead end-to-end execution of multiple skilling and employability programs.

·       Develop project plans, timelines, and execution strategies.

·       Ensure timely delivery of milestones and adherence to SLAs.

·       Lead, mentor, and manage Program Coordinators, Process Analysts, Operations Executives, and Trainers.

·       Allocate resources and monitor team performance.

·       Coordinate with Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams.

·       Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

·       Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports and dashboards.

Desired Candidate Profile

·       Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline.

·       MBA is preferred.

·       6-10 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Client Success, or Operations.

·       Experience in EdTech, Higher Education, Learning & Development, or Skill Development is preferred.

·       Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
