Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong healthcare background to lead and scale teleradiology programs. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of clinical, operational, and technology initiatives that support remote radiology services across hospitals and diagnostic centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end program delivery for teleradiology solutions, from onboarding to steady-state operations
  • Coordinate across radiologists, clinical operations, IT, product, and customer stakeholders
  • Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, NABH, HL7, DICOM, data privacy)
  • Drive continuous improvement in report turnaround time (TAT), quality, and service reliability
  • Support hospital integrations (PACS/RIS, EMR) and rollout of new features or workflows

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8 years of program or project management experience in healthcare
  • Prior experience in teleradiology, radiology operations, PACS/RIS, or healthcare IT
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare compliance
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external healthcare partners
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

  • Experience working with radiologists or diagnostic service providers
  • PMP / PgMP / Agile certification
  • Experience scaling healthcare or digital health programs
