The Program Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing startup programs to foster innovation and growth. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging with startups, building strategic partnerships, facilitating mentorship programs, coordinating events and workshops, and driving key metrics to measure the success of initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with industry stakeholders to ensure alignment with nasscom's vision and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Program Management and Organizational skills to design, execute, and oversee initiatives effectively
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in project management / program management
- Expertise in building and nurturing partnerships and relationships with various stakeholders such as startups, enterprises, incubators/accelerators, and venture capital firms
- Event organization, time management, and coordination skills to manage workshops, conferences, and networking events
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to assess program impact and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with startup founders and industry leaders at equal ease
- Passion for technology and innovation, coupled with the ability to drive meaningful outcomes
- Bias for action in a constantly evolving work context is a critical requirement
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience working in startup ecosystems, accelerators, or similar roles is highly beneficial
