About the Role

We are looking for a Program Manager – Operations who will drive the end-to-end execution of

academic programs. The role focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strong

coordination across mentors, students, and internal teams, and effective tracking of learning

and placement outcomes.

You will be responsible for managing program operations across academic delivery, mentor

coordination, student management, fee collections, payouts, hiring support, and

placement tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Program Operations & Academic Delivery

● Manage day-to-day execution of academic programs

● Coordinate class schedules, sessions, and academic calendars

● Ensure smooth delivery of lectures, assignments, and assessments

● Track attendance, performance, and overall program progress

● Coordinate with university and mentors for exam-related activities, including

notifications, fee processes, and end-semester assessments

Mentor Coordination & Management

● Research and hire part time and full time mentor(s) to ensure smooth running of lectures

● Coordinate with mentors for session planning and curriculum delivery

● Ensure timely execution of sessions, assignments, and evaluations

● Manage mentor onboarding, communication, and issue resolution

● Handle mentor payouts in coordination with the finance team

Student Management & Engagement

● Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for students

● Track student attendance, performance, and participation

● Regularly follow up with students on progress and pending tasks

Fees & Collections Management

● Track student fee payments and maintain updated records

● Follow up with students for pending dues

● Coordinate with finance for reconciliation and reporting

Placement Tracking & Coordination

● Maintain and update student placement records

● Track interview progress, offers, and hiring status

● Ensure proper documentation of placements and outcomes

Hiring & Onboarding Support

● Support hiring of Technical mentors.

● Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and documentation

Key Skills & Requirements

● 2+ years of experience in program management / operations (EdTech or academic

setup preferred) / Sales background can be considered

● Strong coordination and execution skills

● Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
