We are looking for a Program Manager- South to own operational excellence and growth across our South India clinic network, based out of Chennai. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You will work closely with city leadership and central teams to drive clinic performance, build operating systems, and develop the capabilities needed to independently lead a city.

What You Will Own
Clinic Operations
- Drive day-to-day operational performance across Chennai clinics: patient experience, service delivery, and clinical compliance
- Own key metrics: consultation-to-purchase conversion, follow-up return rate, doctor utilisation, and revenue per consult
- Build and refine SOPs, escalation frameworks, and operational playbooks that scale across clinics
Performance & Analytics
- Track and analyse clinic-level performance data to identify gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities
- Build weekly and monthly performance reviews for clinic managers and leadership
- Drive structured problem-solving on underperforming clinics : from diagnosis to intervention to outcome
Expansion Support
- Support new clinic launches across South India: vendor coordination, team onboarding, pre-launch readiness
- Build launch checklists and setup playbooks that reduce time-to-productivity for new clinics
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with clinic managers, doctors, and front desk staff to drive accountability and execution
- Build relationships with doctors and clinical staff: understand their needs, resolve friction, and align them to business outcomes
- Coordinate with central teams (finance, supply, demand, HR) to ensure cities get what they need to perform
What We Are Looking For
Must Have
- 4-8 years of experience in operations, business management, or a related field with multi-unit exposure
- Strong analytical skills : comfortable with data, dashboards, and structured problem-solving
- People management experience : ability to hold teams accountable and develop talent
- Comfort working with doctors and clinical professionals
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Willingness to travel across Chennai and South India clinics regularly
Strong Preference
- Prior experience in healthcare, clinic operations, diagnostics, or a patient-facing service environment
- Familiarity with the Chennai market and Tamil Nadu consumer behaviour
- Tamil language proficiency
