What You'll Do
Platform Strategy & Delivery Excellence
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives across multiple segments and product organizations.
- Drive platform roadmap execution, defining milestones, dependencies, success metrics, and adoption targets.
- Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering Leaders to prioritize investments in shared platform capabilities that maximize reuse and reduce duplication.
- Establish governance models that ensure consistent execution, transparency, and alignment across platform and consuming teams.
- Facilitate PI Planning and Pre-PI Planning activities to align platform priorities with adopter needs and business outcomes.
Platform Adoption & Business Value Realization
- Serve as the primary program lead for platform adoption across business units and product teams.
- Develop and execute adoption strategies that accelerate onboarding and utilization of platform capabilities.
- Ensure platform features deliver measurable business outcomes, including reduced development effort, faster time-to-market, improved quality, and lower operating costs.
Reusability & Standardization
- Champion the development and adoption of reusable platform services, frameworks, templates, and engineering assets.
- Drive standardization of development practices, tooling, security controls, deployment pipelines, and operational processes.
Stakeholder & Cross-Segment Alignment
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders, engineering teams, architecture groups, and external partners.
- Align priorities across multiple stakeholder groups while balancing platform objectives with adopter requirements.
Program Risk & Dependency Management
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks impacting platform delivery or adoption.
- Manage complex inter-team dependencies across products, technologies, and business functions.
Financial & Resource Management
- Manage platform investment plans, budgets, resource forecasting, and vendor engagements.
- Optimize utilization of internal and flex resources to maximize productivity and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- B.E. / B Tech / M Tech
- 13+ years experience in software development life cycle with minimum 3+ years of project management experience
