Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
- Lead and deliver complex, multi-stream programs across global teams with strong execution rigor, governance, and timeline adherence.
- Drive end-to-end project lifecycle—from planning, solution design, execution, to operational transition.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across geographies (onshore/offshore), ensuring alignment on priorities, risks, and delivery outcomes.
- Influence decision-making through structured communication, governance forums, and transparent reporting.
Technical Leadership & Solutioning
- Provide strategic technical leadership to design and implement solutions aligned with offshoring and transformation objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-domain experts across Network, Architecture, Security, and DWS to define scalable, compliant, and future-ready solutions as per GTE standards.
Offshoring & Transformation Enablement
- Drive offshoring initiatives by defining optimal delivery models, ensuring smooth knowledge transition, and maintaining service quality and operational stability.
- Enable transformation through standardization, automation, and cost optimization aligned with organizational strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work effectively in a global matrix organization, integrating inputs from multiple technology domains to deliver cohesive and optimized solutions.
- Facilitate alignment between business requirements and technical execution.
Communication & Executive Presentation
- Articulate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented narratives for senior leadership.
- Deliver impactful presentations and updates to CIO/leadership forums, highlighting progress, risks, and strategic outcomes.
