Overview
The Program Manager provides leadership and strategic oversight for largescale Data Centre programmes under a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) framework. The role is responsible for governance, integrated planning, and alignment across multiple projects, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
Your role
- Provide overall leadership and governance for the Data Centre programme.
- Oversee integrated master planning and programme controls, including Primavera P6.
- Manage interfaces, dependencies, risks, and key programme milestones.
- Support executive decisionmaking, issue resolution, and change management.
- Provide highlevel programme reporting to Client and senior stakeholders.
- Ensure programme objectives for cost, schedule, quality, safety, and risk are achieved.
About you
- Minimum 15 years experience in largescale construction or infrastructure programmes.
- Proven leadership experience in PMC, EPCM, or clientside roles.
- Strong expertise in programme management, governance, and integrated planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experienced in Data Centre PMC is preferred.
- Experience delivering data centre programmes for bluechip clients.
- Multiproject or programmelevel leadership exposure.
