Role: Program Manager

What will you create and do

We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Program Manager to work closely with leadership at Conversive (SMS Magic). This role sits at the intersection of business operations, stakeholder management, and strategic execution, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and priorities.

You will act as a central node for internal collaboration, managing key initiatives, driving project execution, supporting leadership with data-driven insights, and ensuring operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams.

This role is ideal for someone who is a hustler, highly organized, great with people, and obsessed with getting things done.

What will qualify you for this role

Essential

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams

Experience in project management, coordination, and execution of cross-functional initiatives

Strong research and data analysis skills (Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations)

Ability to create presentations, reports, and executive summaries

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel / Google Sheets)

Desired Skills

Experience in budget tracking, forecasting, and financial analysis

Exposure to SaaS metrics (Sales funnel, marketing performance, revenue metrics)

Ability to manage executive-level communications and strategic projects

Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution and outcomes

Education Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field

Key Responsibilities

Internal Team & Stakeholder Management

Manage and track key business initiatives, OKRs, and cross-functional projects

Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams

Create and maintain an inventory of critical projects and high-priority initiatives

Act as a project manager for leadership-driven initiatives, ensuring timely execution

Vendor Management

Manage vendor relationships including project reviews, budget tracking, and negotiations

Ensure effective coordination and delivery across external partners

Calendar & Time Management

Manage executive calendars including meeting scheduling, prioritization, and coordination

Handle inbox triaging and appointment management for leadership

Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and conferences

Travel & Logistics Management

Manage end-to-end travel planning including bookings, itineraries, and expense tracking

Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and logistics for leadership

Research, Presentations & Documentation

Conduct market and business research and prepare executive briefs

Create presentations, reports, business plans, and dashboards

Ensure high-quality documentation with strong accuracy, clarity, and structure

Data Analysis & Business Insights

Analyze Sales, Marketing, and Revenue data to support decision-making

Track budget vs actuals, performance metrics, and projections

Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into business performance

Executive Support

Handle confidential and non-routine information with discretion

Support leadership with correspondence, documentation, and operational tasks

Maintain and update contacts, records, and data repositories
