Manage full release lifecycle activities for assigned products, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality expectations are met.
Drive release readiness by coordinating with engineering, innovation, product management, product support, documentation, IT, QA, and product operations.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the release lifecycle and drive mitigation actions.
Track release commitments and progress, ensuring visibility across the SDLC.
Provide timely release updates, readiness summaries, and reporting inputs required for various weekly and monthly delivery metrics.
Maintain accurate data and traceability in JIRA and related systems.
Orchestrate end to end release readiness, including communications, documentation updates, and product enablement deliverables.
Participate in scheduled release events, including weekend deployment windows.
Qualifications
8 to10 years of experience in software product delivery, release management, SDLC execution, or related program roles.
Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering or equivalent.
Agile, PMP, or similar agile or project management certification.
Strong understanding of software release processes and cross-functional delivery practices.
Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and readiness for software releases.
Experience in multi-team or multi-product delivery environments.
Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, Excel or similar tools.
Experience using GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to automate tasks and reporting, improve productivity, and explore new use cases that support delivery efficiency.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with experience working across multiple teams and time zones.
Ability to work independently and handle complex delivery responsibilities.
