About the Role:
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-driven Program Manager Seller Depth to unlock and expand supply across various geographies. This role focuses on ensuring a minimum viable supply in new and existing zones by optimizing seller count, assortment, and pricing. You will be responsible for building seller depth on top-selling SKUs and driving localized supply strategies to enhance market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and unlock high-potential geographies across India with minimum viable supply (seller count, assortment, pricing).
Develop and implement strategies to onboard and activate sellers in underserved zones.
Build seller depth on top-selling SKUs to ensure consistent supply and competitive pricing.
Monitor geographical supply gaps and design action plans to optimize marketplace coverage.
Work closely with category, marketplace, and analytics teams to drive localized supply expansion initiatives.
Leverage data insights and market trends to enhance seller acquisition and engagement.
Collaborate with operations teams to streamline seller onboarding and performance tracking.
Optimize pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness and drive demand in different zones.
Implement A/B testing and performance measurement frameworks to track and improve expansion efforts.
Develop process automation and scalable solutions to enhance supply growth efficiency
Key Qualifications & Skills:
4-7 years of experience in program management, business expansion, supply chain, or e-commerce growth roles
Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, seller acquisition, and supply chain optimization
Proven experience in data analytics, SQL, and business intelligence tools (Zoho Analytics and Metabase)
Ability to analyze geographical supply gaps and execute scalable expansion strategies.
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across sales, category, and operations teams.
Hands-on experience in seller onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies.
Ability to drive initiatives in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a bias for action.
