Role Description

This full-time, on-site Program Manager role is based in Hyderabad, India. The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of multiple projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are delivered on time and within budget. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to achieving strategic objectives.   • Define and establish program vision, operating model, and lightweight governance aligned with business goals, product strategy, and AI-driven, cloud-native (GCP/AWS) supply chain transformation.
  • Partner with founders, leadership, and customers to translate vision into executable roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and measurable outcomes across AI, data, and supply chain platforms.
  • Build scalable program frameworks, processes, and templates that support rapid growth, customer-centric delivery, and GCP/AWS solution scalability.
  • Drive Agile program delivery using Scrum and hybrid methodologies, enabling continuous delivery of AI-powered solutions and cloud-native supply chain applications.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives spanning AI/ML, data engineering, GCP/AWS services (e.g., BigQuery, GKE, Cloud SQL—and analogous AWS offerings), and supply chain systems—balancing speed, quality, and reliability.
  • Coordinate engineering, product, data science, operations, and supply chain stakeholders with clear roles, accountability, and integration across systems.
  • Establish execution rigor through Agile ceremonies, milestone tracking, KPIs/OKRs, and data-driven reporting for AI model performance, cloud operations, and supply chain efficiency.
  • Build strong internal and customer relationships as a trusted partner for AI adoption, cloud modernization, and supply chain optimization.
  • Influence without authority across founders, leadership, customers, cloud vendors, and supply chain ecosystem partners.
  • Lead talent strategy with leadership and HR to hire high-performing teams across AI/ML, GCP/AWS cloud engineering, and supply chain domains.
  • Drive talent development and retention with emphasis on AI upskilling, GCP/AWS certifications, and supply chain domain depth.
  • Manage program governance, risks, and financial stewardship—including AI/ML, cloud cost, and supply chain risk mitigation; budget ownership; ROI-driven prioritization; and efficient resource use.

Qualifications

  • Project and Program Management experience, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Working knowledge of GCP/AWS building blocks (e.g., BigQuery, GKE, Cloud SQL on GCP—or comparable services on AWS) and how data/ML workloads operate in production—credible with engineers and architects without needing to be hands-on day-to-day.

  • Experience with Digital Platforms and familiarity with logistics or supply chain processes (preferred)
  • Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in program management or a related role
