Role Overview
We are looking for a Process Architect and Program Leader to oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform. You will bridge the gap between our GCP-native engineering squad and our business stakeholders. Your mission is to drive the product to market while ensuring every line of code and data pipeline adheres to the rigorous HIPAA and HITRUST standards required by our enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Program Execution
- Roadmap Management: Translate the product vision into actionable sprints. Manage the 10-person squad to ensure milestones (MVP, EHR Integrations, Payer Gateways) are met on time.
- Agile Leadership: Lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) and eliminate roadblocks for the engineering team.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical and compliance risksespecially around X12 ingestion and EHR syncand develop mitigation strategies.
- Revenue/Cost/Churn Performance Metrics: You will be responsible for tracking and reporting. Prior experience with Zoho preferred but not mandatory.
2. Compliance & Audit Readiness (HIPAA/HITRUST)
- Framework Guardian: Act as the internal owner for HITRUST CSF implementation. Ensure that the Cloud Architect and AI Engineer are documenting and testing controls (Encryption, IAM, DLP).
- Audit Preparation: Lead the collection of evidence for external audits. You ensure that our SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) is Audit-Ready from day one.
- Privacy Oversight: Enforce Minimum Necessary data access policies across the squad.
3. EHR & Payer Integration Management
- Technical Liaison: Manage the project timelines for integrations with major EHRs (Epic, Cerner) and Clearinghouses (Change Healthcare, Availity).
- Interoperability Standards: Oversee the successful implementation of FHIR, HL7, and X12 standards across the data and full-stack teams.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external technical partners to resolve API discrepancies and connectivity issues.
Technical Requirement
- Domain Mastery: Deep understanding of the Revenue Cycle (Claims, Remits, Denials). You must know the difference between an 837P and an 835.
- Cloud Fluency: High-level understanding of the Google Cloud Stack (Cloud Run, BigQuery, Healthcare API) to effectively communicate with the Architect and Devs.
- Tooling: Expert in Jira, Confluence, and Project Management software (MS Project/Asana).
- Certifications: PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are required. HCISPP (Healthcare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner) is a massive plus.
