Program Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the planning, development, and execution of programs and initiatives from concept through implementation.

Lead and manage large, diverse teams to deliver programs and initiatives effectively.

Set clear objectives, priorities, roles, and deliverables for teams, and ensure strong execution against them.

Build high-performing teams by providing direction, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.

Translate strategic objectives into clear work plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

Identify and resolve operational and execution challenges, making decisions to keep programs on track.

Conduct research and analysis to understand issues, identify opportunities, and inform program design.

Build and manage relationships with relevant stakeholders, including young professionals, academic institutions, industry practitioners, researchers, policymakers, and other organisations.

Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure effective and timely delivery of initiatives.

Track program progress, identify challenges, and take corrective action where required.

Develop presentations, reports, briefs, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Contribute to building systems, processes, and institutional capabilities that enable programs to scale and create sustained impact.

Eligibility criteria

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognised institution. Candidates from diverse academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Relevant experience in program management, consulting, research, public policy, social impact, education, healthcare, science, industry, or related fields will be an advantage.

Demonstrated experience of taking projects or initiatives from conception to execution.

Strong academic or professional track record.
