Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end program management of data center projects, ensuring alignment with AdaniConneX's strategic goals and timelines.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Drive the adoption of global best practices in data center design, engineering, and operations, leveraging EdgeConneX's expertise.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and transparency.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project teams.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in data center or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with successful outcomes.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
