Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Gurugram (Customer Location)
Role Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for end-to-end program governance, execution, and stakeholder alignment across complex, multi-team initiatives. This role ensures delivery commitments are met by proactively managing dependencies, risks, scope, and communication across internal and external stakeholders. The Program Manager is expected to seamlessly fit into any account and operate at an organizational level, independent of a single function or team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own overall program planning, governance, execution tracking, and reporting
- Act as a central coordination layer across delivery teams, customer stakeholders, and partner organizations
- Identify, manage, and resolve inter-team dependencies, risks, and constraints
- Support scope definition, alignment, and changes, including contributions to SOWs and delivery plans
- Enable smooth collaboration between delivery teams and customer-side program/project managers
- Drive proactive communication, executive updates, and structured escalation management
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, processes, and delivery best practices
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with customer project/program managers and internal delivery leadership
- Collaborate with business, sales, partner (e.g., BD), and platform stakeholders as required per account context
- Align expectations across all parties to ensure transparency and execution readiness
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong program/project management experience in complex, cross-functional environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders with differing priorities
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Proactive, assertive, and outcome-driven mindset
- Experience in enterprise environments (e.g., SAP-based programs preferred)
