Program Manager

We are looking for Program Manager with experience in end-to-end product implementation, project governance, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing cross-functional, multi-vendor, and global projects from kickoff through hypercare and closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end product implementation projects from initiation to hypercare and closure.
• Manage PMO and project governance, including project plans, risk tracking, steering committee reviews, and executive updates.
• Coordinate with technical, product, customer-facing teams, vendors, and partners to drive project execution.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate feature prioritization and product bug resolution with relevant POCs.
• Track project usage metrics and perform data analysis to support project decisions.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Customer Success teams to ensure project deliverables.
• Manage multi-vendor projects and global teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure SDD and UAT sign-offs are completed, internally validated, and properly documented.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Project Management / PMO / Product Implementation.
• Proven end-to-end project implementation experience from kickoff to project closure.
• Strong experience in project governance, planning, risk management, and reporting.
• Experience managing cross-functional and multi-vendor projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical, product, customer, and external teams.
• Good analytical skills with experience in data analysis and usage metrics.
• Strong documentation, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
