Program Manager – Reltio Cloud MDM (Clinical / Life Sciences)

• Location: Remote (US, Europe, or India)
• Duration: Through June 2026 (possible extension)
• Time Zones: Must collaborate across IST, US, and Europe

Overview

We are seeking a Program Manager with hands-on Reltio Cloud MDM experience to lead and oversee a global MDM initiative within a clinical/life sciences environment. This is a program-management-first role with strong technical understanding required—no hands-on coding.

You will act as the client-side owner, supervising global delivery partners and working closely with senior engineering and data product leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program execution for a multi-phase Reltio Cloud MDM implementation
• Translate discovery and GAP analysis into Reltio models, rules, and workflows
• Oversee data modeling, survivorship, matching, and governance
• Supervise vendor teams (Deloitte, ZS) across ingestion, outbound, and internal MDM work
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to ensure business value and data quality

Required Experience

• Reltio Cloud MDM experience (must-have)
• Experience in clinical, pharma, biotech, medical, or healthtech environments preferred
• Strong program management background in complex, multi-vendor data initiatives
• Solid understanding of MDM architecture and data integrations (CRM, ERP, commercial data)
• Comfortable working across global time zones (including IST)

Nice to Have

• Client-side ownership experience
• Familiarity with regulated data environments
