Program Manager

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in program delivery, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, financial tracking, and Agile/SAFe delivery practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale programs, aligning multiple teams, driving delivery excellence, tracking dependencies, and ensuring successful execution against business objectives. This role requires a senior program management professional with hands-on experience in managing complex technology programs, leading cross-functional teams, driving governance forums, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring predictable delivery outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end program planning, execution, governance, and delivery tracking across multiple projects or workstreams
• Align business, technology, delivery, and leadership stakeholders on program goals, priorities, milestones, and success criteria
• Drive program governance through status reviews, steering committee meetings, executive updates, RAID tracking, and action closure
• Manage program risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, escalations, and mitigation plans proactively
• Track delivery progress, scope, schedule, budget, quality, resource utilization, and program-level KPIs
• Coordinate with project managers, scrum masters, product owners, architects, engineering teams, and client stakeholders for smooth execution
• Ensure adherence to delivery processes, quality standards, change management, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks
• Prepare and present program dashboards, executive summaries, delivery reports, dependency trackers, and financial updates
• Lead cross-functional teams, resolve blockers, improve delivery predictability, and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive customer satisfaction through transparent communication, timely escalation management, and measurable business outcomes.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 12+ years of experience in IT delivery, project management, program management, or technology program leadership
• Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs with multiple teams, vendors, stakeholders, and dependencies
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, hybrid delivery models, SDLC, and release management
• Hands-on experience in governance management, stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and escalation handling
• Strong knowledge of risk management, dependency management, change control, scope management, and delivery metrics
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, Power BI, Excel, or similar reporting and tracking tools
• Ability to manage program financials, resource planning, utilization, forecasting, and delivery commitments
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
• Education – B.E. / B.Tech. / M.B.A. / M.C.A. or equivalent qualification; PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or similar certifications preferred.
