Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager who can lead high-complexity, enterprise-level programs with strategic visibility. This role requires strong executive presence, cross-functional leadership, and expertise in managing large-scale technology and operations programs in client-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary liaison between executive client leadership and delivery teams
- Maintain strong executive relationships and ensure roadmap alignment
- Lead governance meetings, SLA reviews, and performance discussions
- Communicate program progress, risks, and outcomes effectively
Program Leadership & Execution
- Manage end-to-end execution of complex programs across tech and ops teams
- Drive delivery within scope, budget, and timelines
- Define milestones, success metrics, and resource allocation
- Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
Strategic Planning
- Align program deliverables with client business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define measurable success metrics
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
Performance Monitoring
- Track KPIs and performance indicators
- Drive performance optimization through structured reviews and post-mortem analysis
- Ensure SLA adherence and operational excellence
Preferred Expertise
Experience in one or more of the following domains is highly preferred:
- Microsoft Azure
- Data & Analytics Programs
- Network / Cloud Solutions
- Cybersecurity Programs
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in consulting/services program management
- Strong experience in client-facing, enterprise program delivery
- Proven ability to manage multi-team technology initiatives
- PMP / CSM / CSPO or relevant certifications preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or related field
