Job Description

This is a generalist, high-ownership role for someone who can run multiple workstreams at once, chase down whatever's blocking progress — whether that's a vendor, a government office, a contractor, or an internal team — and keep things moving without needing to be told twice. The role spans everything from warehouse launch readiness and vendor/replenishment coordination to hiring support and recurring ops reporting.

It suits someone equally comfortable on a call chasing an approval, on the ground at a warehouse site, or in a spreadsheet pulling numbers for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:-

Program & Project Execution

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional ops/supply-chain initiatives (e.g., new warehouse launches, vendor onboarding, systems rollouts) — build the plan, track it, and drive it to closure.

• Break down large initiatives into workstreams with clear owners and deadlines; keep a live view of what's on-track, at-risk, or blocked.

• Run the cadence — status check-ins, follow-ups, and escalations — so nothing stalls silently.

Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination

• Act as the connective tissue between warehouse ops, category/replenishment, last-mile/dispatch, tech, HR, and legal/compliance — unblocking dependencies between teams.

• Coordinate directly with vendors and suppliers on onboarding, PO fulfillment, replenishment cadence, and issue resolution; chase open items until closed.

• Liaise with external parties — contractors, consultants, government/licensing offices — to push through approvals, registrations, and installations.

Warehouse & Launch

• Track and drive closure of pre-launch readiness workstreams for new sites (legal/licensing, physical fit-out, systems, manpower/SOPs) against target go-live dates.

• Surface realistic timelines and risks to leadership proactively, rather than assuming stated deadlines will hold.

Hiring & Team Build-out Support

• Support ops/category hiring — tracking open roles, coordinating interview pipelines, and following up with candidates and hiring managers to keep the process moving.

Reporting & Dashboards

• Own recurring ops reporting (throughput, inventory, vendor performance, hiring pipeline) — pulling data directly from source systems so leadership isn't chasing numbers manually.

• Flag data or process gaps that get in the way of clean, repeatable reporting.

Key Requirements:-

• Bachelor's degree in any field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus but not required.

• 3–6 years of experience in program/project management, operations, or supply chain roles — ideally in a startup, quick-commerce, e-commerce, or logistics environment.

• Demonstrated ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams independently and drive them to closure.

• Strong stakeholder management — comfortable coordinating across functions and chasing external parties (vendors, contractors, government offices) until things get done.

• Data-literate — comfortable pulling and working with data (Excel/Google Sheets at minimum) to track and report on operational metrics.
