Role Description

We are looking for a Program Manager Operations & Placements to oversee student learning,

streamline placement activities, and enhance student success initiatives. This role requires strong

analytical skills, communication abilities, and prior experience in EdTech to drive operational

efficiency and improve student outcomes

Prime Responsibilities

Manage student cohorts, orientation programs, and engagement initiatives.

Identify and resolve bottlenecks in student learning and placement processes.

Track student progress, address queries, and ensure placement readiness.

Maintain accurate placement data and generate reports for analysis.

Collaborate with hiring partners, students, and internal teams to facilitate smooth

placements.

Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with students and hiring partners.

Implement process optimizations, automation, and data-driven decision-making for

operational efficiency.

Conduct mock interviews, resume reviews, and placement readiness sessions.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive student success and operational

improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from a Tier I or Tier II college (MBA preferred).

1+ years of experience in operations, placement management, or student engagement,

preferably in EdTech.

Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting).

Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.

Experience in process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning.

Hands-on experience in startups or competitive environments is a plus.
