About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Program Manager – Operations & Data to work closely with cross-functional teams across operations, strategy, and business initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys solving complex operational problems, and can leverage data, analytics, and AI tools to drive execution and scale.
The individual will work on high-impact special projects, operational excellence initiatives, process improvement, automation opportunities, and strategic business problem-solving across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of strategic and operational projects across business functions
- Work closely with operations teams to identify gaps, improve processes, and enhance efficiency at scale
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and support business decision-making
- Build dashboards, reports, trackers, and performance metrics for operational reviews
- Partner with leadership on special projects, category launches, process design, and 0→1 initiatives
- Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and other automation platforms to improve productivity, reporting, workflows, and operational processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including operations, product, finance, customer experience, and business teams
- Create structured problem-solving frameworks and drive execution with strong ownership
- Support automation and data-driven decision-making across operational workflows
- Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and proactively recommend improvements
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Analytics, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working on data-heavy projects
- Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, SQL, or BI tools
- Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, automation workflows, etc.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and independently drive projects in a startup environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities
- Prior startup experience is preferred
