We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, and ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals. This role requires strong project management expertise, solid Salesforce platform knowledge, and exceptional client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Salesforce projects from initiation through closure
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, trackers, RAID logs, and status reports
- Manage client expectations and act as the primary point of contact
- Coordinate with Salesforce Admins, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and proactively drive mitigation plans
- Run governance calls, sprint planning, retrospectives, and steering committee meetings
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project methodologies as applicable
- Support change management, user adoption, and release planning
- Escalate issues appropriately and drive resolution effectively
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of overall project management experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce projects
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall delivery models
- Proficiency in project planning, estimation, and tracking tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Excellent client communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to handle escalated projects and high-pressure environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (ADM 201, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud – preferred)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
- Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams
- Prior experience in consulting or system integrator environments
