Program Manager to join the ACS Strategic Programs Team

Tactical Program Manager leading or supporting PMOs and portfolio managers in delivering cross-functional programs that directly support business objectives and long-term organizational goals of the Adobe Digital Experience organization. Responsible for structuring and managing multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring initiatives are coordinated, aligned, and delivering measurable impact across the enterprise.
Self-starting critical thinker who combines resilience with operational rigor, proactively identifying risks, driving alignment, and ensuring accountability across diverse teams and interested parties. This program manager must demonstrate standard Program Management methodology, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
Design, structure, and manage 2-3 programs at a time.
Translate high-level goals into coordinated program roadmaps, governance models, and measurable outcomes within the Objectives/Key Results (OKR) framework.
Build and maintain a program life cycle based on tangible progress points and deliverables that act as health indicator.
Gather and prioritize wants and needs to balance expectations and reality, distill the relative level of urgency, and design or advise upon the resulting high- to mid-level delivery targets.
Drive relentless accountability and prioritization by aligning all program activities to defined picture of success, maintaining clear ownership and accountability, and supporting all participants and owners to deliver expected results.
Use data, team feedback, progress tracking, performance indicators, and instincts to monitor program health and progress. Identify early signs of slowdown or drift, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions that balance speed, quality, and sustainability.
Confident, articulate, cross-functional collaborator with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment to deliver customer-centric results.
Inventive problem-solver who is comfortable initiating communications and driving action and decision-making with various partners.
Possesses strong EQ, meticulous attention to detail, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills to successfully interact with individuals of varying levels.
Committed to self-evolution and self-preservation inside and outside of Adobe.

4+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, preferably in complex, cross-functional environments.
Bachelor's or undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with Project Management Tools (Workfront, Jira, etc) and virtual collaboration tools (SharePoint, Wiki, Miro, etc) Workfront certification a plus.
Certified or pursuing certification in project/program management (e.g., Project Management Institute's PMP) a plus.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $121,300.00 - $193,700.00 USD annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In Adobe, sales roles list total target compensation (TTC = base + commission). Non-sales roles list base salary for starting salaries and use the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) for short-term incentives.
