Summary:
The candidate will work at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement, shaping how Company&rsquos AI-for-impact work is understood, communicated, and amplified across India and globally. Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute the communications strategy for Company Elevate CSR in India.
- Translate complex, multi-stakeholder programs into clear, high-impact narratives.
- Build cohesive storytelling across education, workforce, and innovation portfolios.
- Develop high-quality briefing notes, leadership messages, and speaking points.
- Create compelling case studies and impact narratives for external and internal audiences.
- Support storytelling for key events, leadership visits, and partner engagements.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align communication efforts.
- Support stakeholder engagement strategies that enhance program visibility and credibility.
- Lead development of program collaterals, social media content, and storytelling series.
- Coordinate across teams to drive execution of communication plans.
- Support reporting, documentation, and communication for CSR Council and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 6&ndash8 years of experience in communications, preferably in social impact, CSR, or development-focused roles.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in storytelling, narrative building, and thought leadership content.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute communication strategies across channels.
- Ability to translate complexity into clear, compelling narratives.
- Strong writing and content development skills across formats.
- Understanding of how communications can drive influence, partnerships, and scale.
