Role Overview:

Looking for a technically strong Business Analyst / Technical Project Manager / Program Manager to manage end-to-end enterprise product delivery, integrations, onboarding, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and create BRDs, user stories, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage sprint planning, milestones, risks, releases, and delivery timelines.
• Handle enterprise integrations such as APIs, SSO, MDM, DLP, and cloud/infrastructure components.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Product, and client IT teams for smooth deployment and UAT.
• Act as a SPOC for enterprise clients and manage stakeholder communication and escalations.
• Work with CIOs, CISOs, and senior stakeholders on delivery, scope, and timelines.

Key Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Project Management, or Program Management.
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise technology, or consulting preferred.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, cloud infrastructure, security protocols, and enterprise IT.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and ownership mindset.
