About The Role:-
We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager to join our team. This role will focus on identifying and solving day-to-day challenges in the learning domain, with a particular emphasis on curriculum, content, and student progression. The ideal candidate will excel at uncovering bottlenecks, implementing immediate solutions, and setting up scalable, long-term processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our academic operations and delivering exceptional learning experiences.

Responsibilites:
- Own end-to-end execution of programs with a strong focus on outcomes, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with internal teams (academics, ops, sales, placements, growth)
- Track program KPIs (enrolments, placements, NPS, timelines)
- Drive process improvements and ensure high learner and stakeholder satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications:-
2+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and delivering results.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in designing and scaling operational processes.
Data-driven approach with proficiency in tools like Excel or other analytical software.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field; MBA is desirable.
Knowledge of educational processes or EdTech is a strong advantag
