Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Program Manager to work directly with

the leadership team in identifying, evaluating, and launching new revenue streams for

GrayQuest. This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to transform

strategic vision into actionable business initiatives. You will own the end-to-end process of

new revenue stream developmentfrom market research and business case development

to pilot execution and scalingdirectly contributing to GrayQuest's diversification beyond our

core EMI business.

Strategic Initiative Development

  • Revenue Stream Identification: Research and evaluate potential new business

opportunities that leverage GrayQuest's existing infrastructure, customer base, and

market position across the education ecosystem

  • Business Case Development: Build comprehensive business models, financial

projections, and go-to-market strategies for new revenue initiatives

  • Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of adjacent markets, competitive

landscapes, and regulatory requirements for potential expansion areas

Program Execution & Management

  • Initiative Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to design, test, and launch new

revenue streams from concept to market

  • Pilot Management: Structure and execute controlled pilots for new business lines,

establishing success metrics and scaling frameworks

  • Resource Coordination: Work with engineering, product, sales, and operations

teams to allocate resources effectively across multiple concurrent initiatives
