Program Manager – New Initiatives (Founder's Office)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Program Manager to join the Founder's Office and lead strategic new initiatives across the organization. This role will work closely with founders and senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, validate new business models, drive cross-functional execution, and build scalable business lines from concept to commercialization. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, program management excellence, strong stakeholder management, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and drive new business opportunities, strategic initiatives, and growth programs.
- Lead end-to-end execution of pilots and new initiatives, including planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, and performance tracking.
- Conduct market assessments, customer research, and competitive analysis to validate business opportunities.
- Build business cases, operating models, and implementation roadmaps for new ventures and strategic projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Finance, Growth, and Partnerships to ensure successful execution.
- Establish metrics, monitor outcomes, and provide data-driven recommendations on scaling, pivoting, or discontinuing initiatives.
- Drive high-priority projects directly for founders and leadership, ensuring timely execution and measurable business impact.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Founder's Office, Strategy, Program Management, Consulting, Business Operations, Growth, or high-growth startup environments.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and driving outcomes in dynamic environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and willing to spend time on-ground to understand customer and operational realities.
