We are seeking a talented individual to join our Technology team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurugram. This is a hybrid rule that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Program Manager
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 15+ yrs of experience, to drive a multi-year enterprise integration and platform transformation initiative. This role will lead strategic consolidation, integration and modernization of critical Talent technology platforms, spanning migrations, system rationalization, data harmonization, API integrations and SaaS platform evolution. The ideal candidate has led complex, enterprise scale integration programs involving legacy systems, third party vendors, and global stakeholders. This is not a feature delivery role; it is a transformation mandate requiring deep experience operating at the intersection of working with leaders on platform architecture, product strategy, business process redesign and technical execution.
Your work will have long-term impact; success will require balancing speed with control, defining the future vision for how our Talent solutions evolve, scale, and continue to deliver trusted insights to over 11,000 client organizations.
