Job Description

  • Ensure program goals, scope and target audience is well identified to ensure relevance and adherence across regions and product lines
  • Tailor new programs to address specific regional and product-related requirements
  • Set cross-functional and cross-regional mentoring pairing opportunities, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Establish clear processes and tool for matching mentors and mentees, including criteria and procedures
  • Deliver briefing sessions for mentors and mentees, covering topics like effective mentoring techniques and program expectations

Program Management & Coordination

  • Collaborate with cross-functional (Production Lines) and regional teams (RPO) to ensure program alignment and support
  • Manage the entire mentoring life cycle, from recruitment and matching to ongoing support and evaluation
  • Implement regular communication and check-ins between mentors and mentees, addressing any issues or concerns
  • Track program progress and outcomes, using metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare reports (KPIs defined and monthly follow-up) and presentations for stakeholders, showcasing program impact and results

Mentoring Culture & Engagement

  • Recognize and celebrate the achievements of both mentors and mentees
  • Encourage open communication and feedback, fostering a supportive environment for mentoring relationships
