Role Overview 

We're looking for a driven Program Manager to own the end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives across business growth, community engagement, wellness, and operations. You'll be the connective tissue between teams — keeping projects on track, stakeholders aligned, and outcomes moving forward. What You'll Do

• Lead the full lifecycle of programs and initiatives — from planning and coordination through execution and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Drive community engagement campaigns and partnership programs that generate measurable participation and impact.
• Support growth and revenue-focused initiatives, including lead generation and business development activities.
• Own project timelines, track deliverables, and surface performance metrics that inform smarter decisions.
• Prepare clear, actionable reports and dashboards for ongoing initiatives.
• Continuously identify gaps and opportunities to improve processes and scale programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in program management, project coordination, operations, marketing, or related roles.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Execution-focused with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools.
