Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional delivery of complex, business-critical programs with a strong focus on GenAI / AI-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a balance of Agile program execution, stakeholder management, financial governance, and technical understanding of modern AI programs.
This role requires ownership of end-to-end program deliveryfrom planning and execution to risk management, reporting, and continuous improvementwhile collaborating closely with engineering, data, product, and business teams in a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery & Execution
- Own and manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams using Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Drive program planning, milestones, dependencies, and execution to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
GenAI & Technical Program Oversight
- Manage programs involving GenAI / AI initiatives, including data platforms, model development, integrations, and AI-enabled applications.
- Work with technical teams to understand AI workflows, dependencies, risks, and delivery constraints (without being hands-on).
- Ensure alignment between business goals and AI program roadmaps.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular program reviews, status updates, and executive reporting.
- Proactively manage expectations, risks, and escalations.
Budget, Resource & Risk Management
- Own budget planning, tracking, and forecasting for assigned programs.
- Manage resource allocation across teams and vendors.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks; maintain RAID logs and dependency tracking.
Tools, Reporting & Governance
- Use JIRA and Confluence for program tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Define and track program metrics, KPIs, and delivery health dashboards.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and best practices across program execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 812 years of experience in Program Management / Technical Program Management.
- Strong experience delivering programs using Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and executive communication.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for program tracking and reporting.
- Solid background in budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
GenAI / Technical Understanding
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting GenAI / AI / ML programs.
- Good understanding of AI program lifecycles, data dependencies, and delivery challenges.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly insights.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
