Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Learning Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of learning and development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end program management of Learning & Development (L&D) and employee development initiatives.
- Manage MIS, analytics, and reporting for L&D-related initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in Learning Management System (LMS) administration and L&D/Talent Management operations.
- Strong proficiency in MIS, data analytics, and dashboard reporting for COC/COI, POSH, LMS, and other L&D initiatives.
- Knowledge of HRMS platforms, particularly L&D modules, is preferred.
- Proven experience in end-to-end vendor management is mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong organizational skills for managing program operations.
- Experience supporting multiple learning programs simultaneously.
- Effective stakeholder communication skills.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency to manage learning data.
- Experience coordinating with Procurement, Finance, and external vendors.
- Experience in purchase requisition, PR/PO processing, and vendor management.
- Basic understanding of procurement and invoice reconciliation processes.
- Knowledge of learning analytics and reporting.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Educational Qualification:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Vendor Management, LMS administration, end-to-end L&D operations, and employee development programs.
- Experience in MIS, reporting, and strong analytical skills is preferred.
