Job Description

  • End-to-end Project Planning and Coordination (Activities and Resources)
  • Responsible for overall project processes and deliverables
  • Project onboarding, daily tracking of performance, proactive communication and escalation management
  • Drive the highest level of customer satisfaction and be a customer-referenceable account.
  • Issue identification, resolution and stakeholder management
  • Project kick-off, weekly governance, documentation, reports and dashboards
  • Partnership with customers and stakeholders with a customer-focused mindset
  • Process and Service Improvement and Identification of new business opportunities
  • BGV, Compliance, training and onboarding as per customer process
  • Timely escalation to internal teams to take necessary actions.
  • Timely invoicing, collection of payments, and billing data to be sent on the 1st working day of the month to the customer.
  • Daily status reporting to SDM
  • Quality control, knowledge management, and best practices sharing.
  • IT Operations and Service Operation
  • Handling Change Request in Project Management
  • Maintain Project documentation and course folders, SLA, PMS

Skillset

  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or related field
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certified
  • PMP or Prince 2 certified (good to have)
