Program Manager

• End-to-end Project Planning and Coordination (Activities and Resources)
• Responsible for overall project processes and deliverables
• Project onboarding, daily tracking of performance, proactive communication and escalation management
• Drive the highest level of customer satisfaction and be a customer-referenceable account, Issue identification, resolution and stake holder management
• Project kick-off, weekly governance, documentation, reports and dashboards
• Partnership with customers and stakeholders with a customer-focused mindset
• Process and Service Improvement and Identification of new business opportunities
• BGV, Compliance, training and onboarding as per customer process
• Timely escalation to internal teams to take necessary actions, Timely invoicing, collection of payments, and billing data to be sent on the 1st working day of the month to the customer, Daily status reporting to SDM
• Quality control, knowledge management, and Best Practices sharing, IT Operations and Service Operation
• Handling Change Request in Project Management
• Maintain Project documentation and course folders, SLA, PMS

Skillset

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or related field
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certified
• PMP or Prince 2 certified (good to have)
