About the role:

We are seeking a Program Manager – Inventory & Supply Chain who will own and drive execution of key supply chain and inventory initiatives end-to-end. This role requires a hands-on executor who can translate business priorities into structured action plans, track progress rigorously, and ensure timely delivery across teams.

The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, takes full ownership of outcomes, and ensures that programs move from planning to execution with speed and discipline.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Own end-to-end execution of inventory and supply chain programs, from planning through closure.

• Translate business objectives into clear execution plans, timelines, and deliverables.

• Track progress closely, identify risks early, and drive closure of open items.

2. Inventory & Supply Chain Operations

• Drive initiatives related to inventory availability, accuracy, replenishment, and movement.

• Work closely with procurement, planning, warehouse, and logistics teams to improve operational outcomes.

• Identify on-ground execution gaps and take corrective action in real time.

3. Data, Metrics & Reporting

• Define, track, and review key operational KPIs related to inventory health and supply chain performance.

• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and business review documents.

• Use data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.

4. Cross-functional Coordination

• Act as the central point of coordination across internal teams and stakeholders.

• Drive follow-ups, align dependencies, and ensure timely execution without escalation delays.

• Ensure smooth communication and alignment across functions involved in program delivery.

5. Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce turnaround times, and improve scalability.

• Support implementation of standard operating procedures and execution frameworks.
