Program Manager

Job Title: Lead Program Manager

Location: Hybrid in Hyderabad (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day remote)

Job Description

• Lead overall migration wave planning, scheduling, execution tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication across global teams.

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery quality, team performance, customer status reporting, and escalation management.

• Coordinate daily standups, backlog refinement, weekly status reporting, customer updates, monthly business reviews, resource capacity planning, and quarterly business reviews.

• Partner with project managers and technical teams to ensure migration activities are completed on schedule with minimal customer disruption.

• Track risks, dependencies, blockers, team performance, and delivery metrics while driving timely resolution of issues.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and operational support to offshore delivery teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably supporting cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, or enterprise technology programs.

• Strong experience managing large-scale, multi-wave migration programs across cross-functional and global teams.

• Experience with Azure cloud migration programs, data center exits, infrastructure transformation, or customer environment migrations.

• Strong background in stakeholder management, executive reporting, escalation management, delivery governance, and resource planning.

• Ability to lead offshore teams and coordinate across customer, internal, and technical stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification preferred.

• Experience with Azure, cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, or enterprise IT modernization.

• Prior experience supporting customer-facing migration programs or managed services delivery.
