The Partner Alliance Program Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Google Axion-Arm product related programs. This includes developing and executing partnership operations, managing partner and sales relationships, and tracking and reporting on program performance. This role is critical for driving key initiatives and ensuring successful program delivery, leveraging your unique blend of sales acumen and technical understanding.
Responsibilitie
- Collaborate with Google Cloud field teams to catalyze and scale the adoption of Google Compute Engine (GCE) and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) solutions.
- Be a technical advisor to internal sales teams, providing recommendations on Infrastructure needs to help support customer adoption of GCP.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define growth strategies, maximize marketing efficiency, and direct strategic investments to deliver business outcomes.
- Build targeted product positioning frameworks that highlight key technology solutions for end-users.
- Delivered price-to-performance benchmarks during active customer engagements to validate the value of GCP virtual machines over on-premises and competing cloud environments.
- Define and document proof-of-concept (PoC) requirements during pre-sales engagements to effectively establish Google Compute Engine as the recommended infrastructure solution
- Submit claims for reimbursement via Google tools with all required documentation.
- Weekly sync with vendors to track performance and operations, Handle change management and stakeholder management.
- Operational excellence and workflow improvement.
Who are we looking for
- Experience working with global partners in a channel sales environment or managing external partner relationships.
- Minimum of 5 years working in IaaS sales in English, preferably Google Cloud, AWS, and/or Arm-based Processors and Cloud compute virtual machines.
- Experience working with C-level Exec stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in enterprise-level inside sales.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies (like AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on strategic execution.
- Background in managing reimbursements, high value fund transactions. Comfortable with explaining the costs, TCO and RoI calculations across on-premises, and any of the public cloud costs.
