Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join a leading IT services organization.
Location: Navi Mumbai / Chennai
Experience: 15–20 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: Monday–Friday + 1st, 3rd & 5th Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale technology programs and application development teams.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of banking applications and technology projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Oversee J2EE, Java, Spring, Microservices and Oracle-based applications.
- Manage project timelines, risks, SLAs, budgets and delivery quality.
- Lead large teams in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
- Conduct project reviews and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in IT, with strong technical leadership and program/project management experience.
- Mandatory banking domain experience in NPA, Loans, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking or Digital Banking.
- Strong Java/J2EE application design and development background.
- Experience with Microservices, Spring, Oracle and containerization.
- Experience managing T&M and Fixed Price projects.
- Strong team leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in IT services and service delivery.
