Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, large-scale technology programs involving multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders. The role will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, governance, financials, resource planning, risk management, and executive stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and workstreams.
- Manage program scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Establish governance and provide regular status reporting to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.
- Drive issue resolution, delivery predictability, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
- 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Program/Project Management.
- Strong experience managing large, complex technology programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile/SAFe and SDLC methodologies.
- Healthcare/Payer domain experience is preferred.
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Scrum certification is an advantage.
