Develops technical AWS project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.
Develops and manages projects to track the onboarding of new AWS cloud adopters and the progress and status of projects for current AWS users.
Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload. Attends and leads customer meetings and serves as primary client liaison for assigned AWS cloud projects/tasks.
Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.
Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
Ensures quality assurance of AWS project deliverables.
Maintains current knowledge of AWS cloud technology and solutions.
Participates in special projects as required.
Leads AWS cloud process improvement initiatives, such as cloud customer onboarding, change management, configuration management, AWS self service solutions.
Experience:
Bachelors/Masters Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
Professional certification (PMP) preferred. AWS certification a plus 10+ years of project management experience, including supervisory experience.
Experience managing AWS Cloud projects. Knowledge of AWS Cloud technology.
Skilled user of MS Project Strong written and oral communication skills
