What You'll Do
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the timelines, budget & resource requirements.
- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Managing and working with a team with a diverse array of talents, responsibilities and global locations.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Analyzing program risks and work along with the team to formulate the mitigation plan.
- Communicates effectively to internal & external stakeholders
- Digital Mindest - should be aware about digital tools & advanced reporting & planning systems in Program Management function
Qualifications
Education level required- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Years and area of experience required - More than 8 years of experience
Technical knowledge - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Program Management
Project Management Institute (PMI) accreditation (SAPM or PMP) highly recommended.
High proficiency in planning & exceution of change management / product development cycle management, risk management, Cost/ budget management
Soft skills -Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in team environment and independently.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and an innovative mind set.
Strategic planning ability and strong organizational skills.
