Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead and manage strategic R&D programs, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program management for multiple R&D projects across product lines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and cost optimization.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the R&D ecosystem.
• Represent Havells Make in India vision in all program initiatives and external collaborations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program/project management within R&D or technology-driven organizations.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and engineering processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
