Program Manager (Gurgaon/ Bangalore)

What you'll do :

● Analyze business, operational, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and improve business Manage and execute logistics and operational programs to improve efficiency, cost, and service levels.

● Analyze operational data and generate actionable insights for business stakeholders.

● Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and automated reports using SQL, Python, and Google Sheets. What you'll bring

● Monitor key operational KPIs such as fulfillment, turnaround time, utilization, delivery performance, and productivity.

● Coordinate with cross functional teams including operations, supply, finance, and technology teams for seamless program execution.

● Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions for operational improvement.

● Support capacity planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across logistics functions.

● Drive data backed decision making through structured reporting and analysis.

● Ensure timely execution of projects and operational initiatives

What you'll bring :

• B.Tech degree from a recognized institute.
• 3+ years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain domain.
• Strong working knowledge of: ○ Python ○ SQL ○ Google Sheets / Advanced Excel
• Experience working with logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, or operations teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in dashboarding, reporting automation, and data-driven operations management.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
