We're looking for a high-ownership Program Manager to drive GTM execution, track business performance, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to scale the Rupeezy Partner business.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute GTM plans for new channels/products (TAM-SAM-SOM, offering, pricing, communication).
- Track AOP (revenue and costs), build MIS, and run monthly performance deep-dives.
- Own cross-functional project tracking across sales, marketing, ops, and product.
- Evaluate and run pilots for new initiatives; recommend scale or course-correct.
- Track competition and emerging business models.
- Support regulatory compliance and internal governance.
- Coordinate with AMCs, media houses, and external agencies for partnerships and events.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in strategy, business ops, growth, or CXO office roles.
- Strong analytical, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Fintech / wealth / distribution experience is a plus.
