Job Title: Program Manager Growth Operations

Location: Hustle Hub Tech Park, HSR Layout, Bangalore

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Growth, Operations, Sales Ops, or Program Management

CTC: 6 8 LPA

Shift Timing: US Shift (8 PM 6 AM)

Working Days: 6 Days (1 weekly off)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview

The Program Manager Growth Operations will play a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing Wiingy's customer acquisition and engagement processes. This role combines cross-functional coordination, process improvement, performance optimization, and strategic execution to accelerate growth. You will work closely with leadership, sales, marketing, and product teams to drive operational excellence and conversion outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize end-to-end growth operations funnel: lead flow, qualification, routing & conversion
  • Oversee daily performance of growth teams and ensure target achievement
  • Build frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Collaborate with marketing & sales to enhance lead quality, nurture flows, and engagement
  • Monitor customer touchpoints and ensure consistent, high-quality interactions
  • Lead weekly performance reviews; report on KPIs, insights & recommendations
  • Manage CRM hygiene, dashboard accuracy, and operational tracking
  • Drive special growth projects, pilots, and automation initiatives
  • Provide coaching, support, and operational guidance to frontline teams

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in growth ops, sales ops, pre-sales, or program management
  • Experience working with US/UK customers or global operations preferred
  • Excellent spoken & written communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in EdTech / SaaS / BPO / Inside Sales environments is a plus
  • Must have own laptop and ability to work in US shift
  • Immediate joiners preferred
