Position Summary
The Program Manager will lead the end-to-end execution and coordination of EarthON's accelerator, bootcamp, challenge, and ecosystem programs.
The role requires strong program management, stakeholder coordination, field execution, startup engagement, and ecosystem-building capabilities. The Program Manager will work closely with startups, FPOs, NGO partners, mentors, investors, ecosystem partners, and internal teams to ensure high-quality implementation and impact delivery.
This role is highly execution-oriented and suited for someone who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial, and mission-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities
Program Design & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of accelerator programs, bootcamps, challenges, webinars, and ecosystem engagements
- Develop implementation plans, timelines, workflows, and coordination systems
- Ensure smooth execution of both virtual and in-person programs
- Track milestones, deliverables, and participant progress
Startup & Ecosystem Engagement
- Source and manage high-quality applicants for accelerator programs and challenges
- Build strong relationships with startups, eco champions, FPOs, and innovators
- Conduct startup check-ins, field visits, and ecosystem interactions
- Identify startup support needs and facilitate mentor, investor, and ecosystem connections
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with NGO partners, vendors, accelerators, financial institutions, experts, and ecosystem stakeholders
- Support leadership in conducting strategic and decision-making meetings
- Maintain active communication with all program stakeholders
Learning & Capacity Building
- Support design and execution of workshops, bootcamps, and learning journeys
- Coordinate mentors, trainers, industry experts, and speakers
- Organise and manage LMS content and learning resources
Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain program dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems
- Document progress, case studies, and ecosystem learnings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and program updates for leadership and partners
Investment & Startup Readiness Support
- Support startup readiness assessments and ecosystem mapping
- Co-manage startup data rooms and documentation
- Support due diligence and investor engagement processes where required
Education Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Management, Sustainability, Entrepreneurship, Development Studies, Agriculture, Engineering, Environmental Studies or related fields
Master's degree preferred.
Relevant professional certifications or specialized training in program management, startup incubation, innovation management, climate solutions, or impact investing will be an added advantage
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Strong program management and coordination skills

- Understanding of climate innovation and sustainability ecosystems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Familiarity with LMS tools, digital collaboration platforms, and reporting systems
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Comfortable with field travel and ecosystem engagement
Compensation
- Annual CTC: 8- 12 LPA per annum
- Reimbursement: All official travel, accommodation, and logistics will be covered as per organisational policy.
Reporting To : Executive Director
Travel for: Bootcamps and ecosystem events, Startup/FPO visits, Partner meetings ,Program reviews and stakeholder engagements.
